As soon as you walk in the door, you sigh with relief as your beautiful holiday apartment unfolds .
You will truly LOVE the ambience of this home ... its been filled with so much love and laughter over time...
Two sofas and a large chair welcome you to just chill. Or venture out onto the balcony and enjoy the view in and the double lounge bean bag!
MASTER BEDROOM AND ENSUITE
In the master bedroom you'll find an amazingly comfortable Queen size bed with lush pillows and quality pure linen. Luxury bathroom with big walk in shower pebbled underfoot.. Doors and shutters almost never need closing most of the year but reverse cycle air conditioning and fans are available when needed.
In the kitchen you'll find a GARBAGE DISPOSAL, MICROWAVE OVEN (microwave and oven in one) and a large fridge for home cooks ... Water filtration is on main plumbing..
Also off the main bedroom on the balcony we have a lovely little herb garden. Please feel free to pick some herbs to add to your creations in the kitchen.
Car space is a car port within the gated resort grounds and only metres away from the apartment.
Guests have access to the apartment, swimming pools, tennis courts, Day Spa and car park for the apartment. Please note the resort courtesy bus and reception are part of a seperate business and is not available to you during your stay.
You are right next door to the famous Noosa Farmers Markets every Sunday and 1 min walk to ALDI and cafes/restaurants.
The internet is a pocket wifi, so we ask that guests not use it to stream movies or large downloads. It's there to keep you connected with email, social media etc :-)
The 2 sofas in the lounge area are very comfortable should 2 additional guests wish to stay. Please not there is only 1 bed for 2 guests.
Due to insurance reasons, please ensure you have advised the following:
1) Number of guests staying and their full names.
2) Main guests best contact email address
3) If you have booked this on behalf of another person.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet building, perfect to relax and enjoy, so please no loud noise, no parties & no pets. Quiet Hours are between: 11PM and 8AM. We are in constant contact with the surrounding neighbours who will let us know if there is any disturbances.
NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking inside, on the balcony or in any outside areas.
PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there will be a $250 penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. If a guest coming in needs to be moved to another property due to the damage or smell of smoke still being present, we will also request the cost of that nights stay. Please respect these rules.

The tenant is not allowed to cancel the booking 24 hours after the booking is approved by the homeowner. After this time, the Tenant will only be entitled to a 50% refund (excluding our Service Fee).
This apartment is set in 5 acres of lush tropical gardens in a vibrant area of Noosaville. It’s close to a supermarket, bakery, cafe, Thai Restaurant, and South African Convenience Store. Woolworths and Dan Murphys are a short drive away.
