This fantastic 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment located at 105 Clarendon Street, Southbank. This apartment in the centre of Southbank's vibrant entertainment and events precinct. Crown, Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, DFO outlet shopping and riverside dining are just moments away.

-We provide a cleaning service once per month only for mid/long term stay, if you require day-to-day housekeeping, we can arrange it for you then there will be an extra cost.
- On the day of arrival, we will personally meet and greet you when you arrive and try to make arriving as easy as possible. When we meet we will show you around your apartment and make sure you know where everything is and how everything works.
We are FIRM with quiet time between 10PM and 7am. This is not just a House Rule, there is a local ordinance to this effect. Our neighbors appreciate this as well.
- NO SHOES within the house
- There shall not be smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.
- While cooking, PUT ALUMINUM FOIL IN THE OVEN. Extra cleaning fees to remove burn stains may be applied.
- PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees may be applied.
- Please acknowledge that from occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale.
- Please do not rearrange our furniture.
- If you would like to host an event (i.e. wedding, graduation, not party), please speak with us about it first.
- If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
- If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
- Lastly, because this is a short stay community not a hotel, and is also your home when you stay in Melbourne, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect our property and our things)

Full refund of the deposit (excluding our Service Fee) for cancellation received at least one week prior to the check-in date. After this time, the Tenant will only be entitled to a 50% refund (excluding our Service Fee).

Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
