The top floor is not available during your stay & is only used rarely when downstairs is not occupied. Therefore you will have the entire downstairs and outdoor space to yourself.
Due to insurance reasons, please ensure you have advised the following:
1) Number of guests staying and their full names.
2) Main guests best contact email address
3) If you have booked this on behalf of another person.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet building, perfect to relax and enjoy, so please no loud noise, no parties & no pets. Quiet Hours are between: 11PM and 8AM. We are in constant contact with the surrounding neighbours who will let us know if there is any disturbances.
NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking inside, on the balcony or in any outside areas.
PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there will be a $250 penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. If a guest coming in needs to be moved to another property due to the damage or smell of smoke still being present, we will also request the cost of that nights stay. Please respect these rules.

The tenant is not allowed to cancel the booking 24 hours after the booking is approved by the homeowner. After this time, the Tenant will only be entitled to a 50% refund (excluding our Service Fee).
Glenelg is such a vibrant beach side suburb with many cafes, restaurants, bars, supermarkets & shopping to enjoy.
Glenelg North where the apartment is has a quieter waterfront feel. If you like Greek food you must try Kefi Greek Cuisine only a 10min walk from the home.
City Tram is only a 25min walk away and you are within walking distance of the many amenities that Glenelg and Glenelg North have to offer. Alternatively, there are Ubers and taxi available.
