The apartment has a lovely patio area to sit out on and relax. You are only steps away from one of the pools and sinking into a hot tub.
The apartment has lovely polished timber flooring, modern open plan kitchen, large bedroom with modern en-suite bathroom and 50".
Bedding accommodates 4 guests, incorporating a queen bed in the main bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge area. Please let us know if you require the sofa bed bed prior to your arrival.
Car space is a car port within the gated resort grounds and only metres away from the apartment.
Guests have access to the apartment, swimming pools, tennis courts, Day Spa and car park for the apartment. Please note the resort courtesy bus and reception are part of a seperate business and is not available to you during your stay.
For every booking made between 19th March 2020 and 31st March 2020 we will include an Uber Eats voucher to the value of $20 to be used during your stay.
Please note your stay does not include a mid-stay service if staying for less than 14 days, however, if you would like one please reach out and we can organise one at an additional cost.
If you are staying for 14 days or more, we are happy to organise a complimentary mid-stay clean, so please let us know if & when you would like that organised.
Due to insurance reasons, please ensure you have advised the following:
1) Number of guests staying and their full names.
2) Main guests best contact email address
3) If you have booked this on behalf of another person.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet building, perfect to relax and enjoy, so please no loud noise, no parties & no pets. Quiet Hours are between: 11PM and 8AM. We are in constant contact with the surrounding neighbours who will let us know if there is any disturbances.
NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking inside, on the balcony or in any outside areas.
PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there will be a $250 penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. If a guest coming in needs to be moved to another property due to the damage or smell of smoke still being present, we will also request the cost of that nights stay. Please respect these rules.

The tenant is not allowed to cancel the booking 24 hours after the booking is approved by the homeowner. After this time, the Tenant will only be entitled to a 50% refund (excluding our Service Fee).
Under a minute away from Aldi supermarket, cafes, Thai restaurant and the famous Noosa Farmers Markets on Sundays.
5mins drive to Hastings St (Noosa Main Beach) and Gympie St (Noosa River). Or in kms 3kms to Noosa Main Beach and 1.3km to Noosa River.
There are great bike/running track in the area as well.
